In 2001, Robert (Bob) A. Yano, PE, had the vision to provide excellent local litigation support and expert services for Ohio and Michigan attorneys. With that, Leading Technologies was born. 

In 2003, Jody L. Elliott Yano was a proud new mom looking for a way to support her growing family and make a difference in her community.  It just so happened that Jody was married to Bob’s oldest son and, with her background in Public Relations and volunteer management, was an excellent fit for helping Bob grow the family business.

Over the next 15 years, Bob and Jody were a formidable team, traveling to Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia, building a network of more than 100 professionals, and providing expert witness consulting and litigation services. 

 Sadly, on September 17, 2018, Bob suffered an aortic dissection and unexpectedly passed away, leaving behind a legacy of family, faith, and a firm belief in living each day to its fullest. 

 With Bob gone, Jody has taken over the reins, rebranding Leading Technologies as Ray Forensic Consultants in honor of Bob (Robert A. Yano).  Ray Forensic Consultants strives to provide the same high standard of local litigation support our attorneys have come to know and appreciate.
